Small fruits

Little girls seem to like eating fruit more if it's small like them. I found some mini bananas and pears, and served them with cheese and turkey cut into shapes with cookie cutters.

Apparently, banana runts are hilarious!

Hmmm...I wonder if they taste as good on the outside.

I read recently that if you peel a banana from the opposite end, you don't get all the stringy bits. I haven't tried it yet.
Your "hilarious" banana-girl pic made me smile.
I wonder if I use cookie cutters, I can get my husband to eat foods he doesn't like?

Seems like I remember cutting cheese into shapes with cookie cutters for their mommy! And I tried everything to get her to eat bananas! I even wrote a cute little story. She still threw the banana away! :~O
I do hear that dipping bananas in Ovaltine granules is quite yummy! That works for me!

It's true! There is something so hiliarious about bananas in general, and mini bananas make me feel a chimp party will break out at any moment in the supermarket aisle!!

Runty bananas would make me laugh too! And I've heard the same thing about peeling bananas from the other end...
What a good mama to find fun ways to eat healthy food. I am learning what a challenge it can be sometimes.
Looking forward to seeing you and your girls on Tuesday!
