Spring in Port Townsend

Port Townsend offered two Victorian homes for touring a couple weeks ago. Always a treat.

It also offered a sunny opportunity for a picnic in Chetzemoka Park...

...and a walk on the beach to throw pebbles in the waves and search for shells and beach glass.

Homes open for tour in Port Townsend!? How did I miss that? I was in Port Townsend the past two weekends (as usual). I'm surprised we didn't run into each other.

You must remember to tell me when you are planning on going up there so I can meet you. I am up there pretty much every Saturday (even when I don't blog about it).

It is a lovely arbor, isn't it? We saw a wedding there a few years ago, Scottish style, the bride had beautiful auburn hair, bagpipes...gorgeous!

Hi Carl, we will definitely give you a ring the next time we make the PT trip! There was also a Victorian fashion show going on that day, but we didn't stay because of naps (the kids, too - ha ha). I'm feeling the need for shopping along the main street, so save a Saturday!

Thanks, Miss Jen for all of your sweet comments! I'm so glad you enjoyed the pictures. I enjoy every one of your posts as well (even if I don't comment, I'm there! =) )
